My husband said “ hey, there’s this cool new store”. And moments later see we’re intrigued by the product. You place your face on what looks like something from the optometrist’s office. Look straight, and a picture of your iris 👁️ is taken. So I bought a charm with bracelet. Charms are not sold only. They must be on a piece of jewelry. The bracelet is sterling but the metal on the charm is stainless steel or so I’m told. My husband bought a T-shirt. They said about a week processing time. After two weeks I called and the bracelet was ready but not the shirt. I called after a few days. Still no shirt. I called after 3 weeks and still no shirt. I was told a manager would call me. No one did but the next day …. Let’s just say that I finally spoke with a manager, Brian ? And he apologized and said the shirt arrived a week ago. And he said he called me three times …. Perhaps called the wrong number. I’m told. In any case we went later that day to pick up the items. Misunderstanding in communication or office mixup, idk. But this is a cool idea. A bit pricey $70 for each of our items. My husbands T-shirt looks like a good quality T. My bracelet is very thin and I’m afraid of breaking it. But still like it. Overall I do recommend stopping. Initially, I was disappointed with the product I received from Eyeris. It was a made to order item that was shipped to me. I decided to go back to the store, product in hand, and express my dissatisfaction with it. The proprietor of Eyeris, Sam, heard me out, and immediately made every effort to make sure I would be a satisfied customer before I left the store. The product was replaced with a new one, and I am indeed pleased with it. Please pay Eyeris a visit, and check out the store.
