We've been happy with T-Mobile for the last year but our experience in the Asheboro store today was frustrating. First of all, a lady looked at us when we walked in but she did not greet us. The entire time we talked with her about our situation and what we wanted to do, she was very flat in her expression and words. Not a horrible experience at that point, just blah. When we finished the transaction and got to the car my husband noticed that the receipt had a $19.99 charge for an adaptor/charger. She NEVER once mentioned anything about an extra charge in addition to the phone cost. When my husband went back in to ask them about it they said it comes with the charger. He pointed out that it was a separate charge and the other T-Mobile worker said they could refund the $19.99. That's it. No one admitted that they made a mistake. No one explained why they charged us for something we didn't ask for or approve. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. Sure, she could have been having a bad day (we weren't rude to them at all, by the way) but it's disappointing when workers aren't pleasant or...
Read moreService like the actual service not the employees here there were great knowledgeable and had us taken care of quickly ...the actual service sucks I drop call all the time if and when they actually come though. On top of that there's all kinds of hidden fees and onetime chargers to never get the bill they advertise. I switched from Verizon because they offered a visa card back and a lower monthly payment. However I never received the visa and my bill was a steady $59-$60 higher every month. And I got the same excuse every time.....oh next month it won't be like this it. It was just the start up cost....man did I mess up.....don't waste your time with tmobile....man I miss verizon...hope this post...
Read moreNot a great experience no real deal we went to update phones We were happy first couple years Our bill was 80 dollars just updating our phones jumped up 50 dollars The first lady that helped us was great we went back the second one wax very impersonal kinds rude helping us then went to help another customer ignoring us we got our phones in mail only git new cords they don't give you adapter to plug in no one told us we wouldn't need them didn't fit correctly to our phone additional 40 bucks for them After these phones we will not go with T-MOBILE again The only thing good about this store was the manager & the guy that tired to help us sorry...
