We stopped in on a recent visit to Asheville. All the clothing was very nice quaility with very unique designs. Talked to Danny and he was very friendly and informative. Told us everything was designed in house. They definitely stood out from the rest of tourist shops in the area. My wife ordered me a t shirt after we left which unfortunately ended up being to small. The owner and Danny personally replied to her email offering to exchange the shirt for free and even offered extra goodies since my size was sold out and we would need to wait for the replacement. I visited Ashville threads in February and ended up placing an online order because they didn't have my size in store. The man helping us at the store was so kind and helpful, and told us all about the designs and the process of making the shirts, which was so cool to hear about. My order took a long time to arrive, which didn't bother me but I got a handwritten note and two free stickers as an apology for the wait.
