To be honest I had thought this store had been closed for I swore 2+ years now. I don't know why I thought it was closed. Anyways I had to get my fingerprints taken for a job recently at this location. First thing off hand there's plenty of parking. As I entered the store I was greeted by two friendly staff members who directed me to the right spot. I had to wait in line for like 30 seconds. The female employee who was working the counter was good at her job by being able to multitask like a champ..which is a rarity in most work environments these days it seems. I quickly and clearly listened to her instructions and began the process of having my fingerprints scanned into the Matrix yo. After the FP cycle finished I felt off about it and thought I did it incorrectly. I stopped about half way Ito the front door as I was exiting this fine office supply store and more. Went back to the counter, told the employee I thought I had did it wrong. She affirmed me I had done it correctly but if I would like to i could redo the FP cycle. Of course I did and felt good about it even though I knew i was probably wrong and it did register my FP correctly the first time. I felt good about it because of HOW I WAS TREATED which was really really nice by everyone working in that place that I interacted with. EVEN though I had to be "that guy" and ask for something based of my opinion and not trust the knowledge of the actual person who does it for a living. Great...

Shortly there were four of us milling around looking for...anybody? Somebody? Hellllooooo? Instead of a friendly "We're helping another customer and we'll be right with you!" we got shouted at "There's two of us in the store!" I have all the sympathy in the world for the labor shortage, but none at all for rude people. When I got to the counter the man who shouted did not even have the grace or good manners to greet me, much less apologize.    Read moreThis is the second time I have had amazing customer service at this store. A few weeks ago I came in looking for something I could not find anywhere but the internet. Andrew helped me get the product I needed that day. I was so happy that I hugged the stuffing out of him. The first time I got great customer service at this store was when I needed a photograph enlarged and placed on canvas. I first left the photo at Staples in Hendersonville, NC and almost a week later, they informed me it would be another few days. They even treated me like it was my fault. I collected my photo and brought it to OfficeMax in Arden. I came back in 20 minutes to find it ready and even better quality...
