Starbucks — Restaurant in Asheville

My wife and I stop by Starbucks at least 4 times per week on our way to work at Smartrac-Avery Dennison. We work night shift together. We are always greeted well and our coffees are always correct. Yesterday, though, my coffee lid came off really easy as I was putting it in my coffee holder. It went all over my leg and all over my floor board. I didn't get burned but lost the much needed pick me up. I was in the drive thru. It shocked us both. I pulled into a parking space to toss the cup, get napkins, and asked for a remake. I went to the car to clean the mess and was going to go back in to pay for another coffee (Caramel Macchiato). The young lady that I asked to remake my coffee actually brought it outside to me and gave me a towel to help clean up the mess. I didn't have to pay for the 2nd one. That was really appreciated. These folks are always awesome and today proved they will go an extra step for their customers. I really needed that coffee before 10 hrs of work. The crew...

Hands down the absolute best coffee shop I have ever encountered! So, I work 3rd shift, we just got a new Shop GM... he's a little harsh right now... and good Ole me knocked his coffee out of his hands as soon as he walked onto the floor at a rip Ole time of 430am... I panicked found the closest coffee shop and this was the one. And faith definitely was watching over me! Not only were the two girls beyond understanding of my panic and urgency, they were so caring and amazing two people! I have no idea how they do it! I know customer service is hell these days! I wish I got their names, it was Thursday morning 5am January 30th. Girls you were my absolute blessing! THANK YOU THANK...

I come to this Starbucks because it’s a drive-through and it’s very convenient. I ordered a grande chestnut praline latte with no whip and no foam. When I received the drink I had also ordered a few other things and had 2 kids in the car with me. The drink wasn’t even 3/4 the way full and was half foam...I paid $6 for a drink that wasn’t even what I asked for, nor up to par on being made!! It was a cappuccino basically and had a burnt taste to the espresso. I would have parked and came in, but that would require getting the kids out of the car seat. I’m just not happy about this at all. Especially when you spend $6 on a drink for it to not even...
