I scheduled an appointment for 9:30. I arrived around 9:20 since it was my first visit and I wanted to have time to choose a color before my appointment time. Since they don’t open until 9:30, the doors were still locked and it looked like no one was there. At 9:28, a few other people showed up—but no employee (or maybe one without keys). Around 9:35, one employee shows up with 3 people waiting. I decided at that point that my appointment likely wouldn’t start on time and decided to look elsewhere for services. I understand running behind, but the person opening should arrive at least 15 minutes before opening the doors to ensure everything is setup and you can start on time (especially if you know you have at least one 9:30...

The reviews sold me on this place when my regular nail tech was out of town, but I left less than impressed. One SNS nail was crackled when it wasn’t supposed to be, and it was also somehow not attached to the tip of my natural nail leaving a space between it and the fake tip that constantly trapped dirt. After less than two weeks, it popped off in one piece. The other nails didn’t hold up much better and had hairline fractures form starting just a day after my appointment where I’ve never had that issue in the past three years straight of getting SNS. I will not go back nor give a good recommendation. I left there so disappointed. Had I not just spent two hours there with my family waiting I would have demanded a redo. The gel polish color #8 had something wrong with it. Two people looked at it and continued to put it on. It looked not smooth during and as I was paying I said it was sticky. They said it was ok. I could see spots already. Once in car my husband asked why are there holes in it. 7 out of 10 nails had holes and within a week 3 peeled off. When they noticed a issue they should have solved the problem then not finish and let me leave disappointed of course taking full payment. Definitely will go back to my normal place down the street...
