Rexel — Local services in Asheville

I went into Rexel last week. When i got inside there was a man on a stool with his feet kicked up. he had a big list and many questions. the 2 guys behind the desk never looked at me to acknowledge me. they both chatted with the guy for about 5 minutes before one of the 2 finally broke off to see me. I Showed him a picture of the relay that i was looking for and he simply said "we don't have that". I went down the road to Graybar, they greeted me when i walked in the door and then helped me find the part i needed even though they didn't carry it. i will be going to Graybar from now on and...

I was on a business trip and needed a to replace a dc power supply ASAP. I called the usual suppliers and everyone said they couldn’t get it to me until the next day. I called Graybar electric, a local electric shop in Asheville, and they suggested I try Rexel. They had exactly what I needed in stock! I picked it up 30mins later and avoided staying an extra day. Great service as well....

Just didn't feel right. No tools to crimp 4 guage wire? Asked for a store recommendation and they give me Home Depot or Lowe's? Guy made me feel like he didn't want to waste...
