I am so thrilled I found Jeremy and all the guys at ArtFX. After a negative and stressful experience trying to buy a wedding band at another place in town, the customer service and curated experience of working with these guys was incredibly relaxing and refreshing. Just two weeks before my wedding they offered me tons of options for bands, including that they would make me whatever I wanted and make sure I had it before the wedding day. They assured me I could change my mind later if I needed to, that they would continue to work with me after my purchase. They spent hours letting me try rings on over and over again and entertained my indecisiveness with exceptional patience. Jeremy trusted me to take the ring for a test drive so I could be sure it was the one in a relaxed environment. They assured me of the ethical sourcing of the diamonds and talked me through clarity with honesty. I placed my first order 1 week before Valentine’s Day it was easy precise however, I was unsure of the quality being an online purchase. I received the order a day before expected. I received communication the entire time. Like a previous reviewer, I also asked another jeweler to custom make a ring and was told that it wouldn't look right, and "that was not what I really wanted." Like an idiot, I went ahead and took her advice and created a ring that I never really liked. Then I found Chuck at Art Fx who said that my idea would look great. He remade my ring and it's, without a doubt, the most beautiful ring that I've ever seen. It's obviously not hideous since I get loads of compliments on it as well. They've since redone and upgraded another ring (my wedding ring), and it's also gorgeous. At Art Fx they produce excellent quality products at an affordable price.
