decided to switch up from disposable vapes and get a novox device. After opening the box, charging the device and letting the pod prime up I go and use the device but it had no flavor to it. I decided to wait a little to see if coil needed more time but it still had no flavor. I went back to the store later that day to see what can be done. The manager there was so nice and understating. She gave me a different juice and a new pod. I went back to my car and waited a bit to use it again. Same issue….no flavor. I debated going back in or not because I felt bad about complaining but I didn’t want to waste my money. The manager tasted it herself and came to the conclusion it was the device. We switched out the device for a different one and it works great. I was fully ready to pay for a brand new device because I know that vape shops usually have no return policies on opened products. This isn’t to say they will be able to do this for everyone because polices like that are put into place because of people trying to scam a store. Got a sweet 8" beaker bottom here by Black Sheep for like 32 bucks, pretty awesome because it's predecessor met it's end mere minutes before that on some pavement and this is a def upgrade. The tube is larger, making for better flow, I can def feel the increased performance in that there's less of a vaccum pulled during the draw when performing a water test. SO SO glad they stocked a sweet specimen of what a LOT of ppl (including the legendary Roor out of Germany) unanimously agree is the best design: beaker bottom. They have some really cool glass in thereand a really good selection of all kinds of smoking supplies. the customer service there so good that when The vape juice brand naked changed the names of a bunch of its vape juices, they actually took the time to print out a cheat sheet for their customers so everybody knew with the vape juice used to be called.
