I feel very sad to have to write this review but it's extremely important that I do, especially in this day and age.

I had a massage with Kimberly Hall today and was very hurt by what I experienced. On my intake form, I wrote down that there's an area of my body what I did not want touched. During the massage, more than halfway through, Kimberly went ahead and touched that area, quite a lot. I mustered the strength to say, in the moment, that I specifically asked in my intake form for that part of my body to not be touched. Remarkably, Kimberly said not to worry, this part is safe with her. How outrageously disrespectful and invasive, to override a client's request to not be touched in an area, when the request was both verbal and written.

Extremely professional service. It was my first time with this sort of treatment. I found it extremely enciteful and a day later feel great. It's amazing the toxins that build up in the body. I chose this treatment to help combat those toxins. I highly recommend people of all adult ages to give it a go. I purchased several more treatments for myself and my wife, who is excited and fairly nervous as I was. The property at hidden springs is as relaxing as it gets. Went through Ashland in 2011 and was looking for a healthy center to detox and just relax. I found Hidden Springs on yelp I believe. I went there and enjoyed there dry sauna and soaking tub and got a detox wrap as well. It was a great experience and the grounds are beautiful. Will be back when we go back...
