Kohl's — Local services in Ashland

I'm no stranger to shopping online, but normally I shop (using Rakuten) and then have my purchases shipped to my home. This time, my husband's shoe fell apart while we were out of town, and of course I had a dozen things to take care of which didn't include actually shopping in the store. I was able to find the shoes he needed which were available at the local Kohl's. I always shop there, just usually online. They have a great selection of name brand products at fair prices. I placed the order then waited to receive a text telling me they were ready to pick up. All I had to do was pull up to the designated parking spots and click the text to tell them I was there. Wonderful, helpful, and friendly staff. There was a sale going on when i was there so it was a bit hectic and a little in disarray, for which i attribute to the sale and the associates working on getting stuff out, sale signs and pricing points out, all while still truing to assist costumers and work registers and on top of that a truck had just run and they were in the midst of trying to get that checked in, inventoried and out on the shelves for the sale items as well. Al-in-All, they were doing a good job, doing the best they could with the hand they had been dealt that day, and doing a pretty good job of it if i do say so myself....and speaking as a former GM of a retail store, i DO!!...

The whole time I was in the store the customer service people I walked past you could tell weren't in a very good mood and seemed unapproachable. There were a few things I could have used help with but didn't want to ask in fear of making someone's day worse. I didn't see anyone trying to clean up the things that were laying around that people had tried on or whatever reason they weren't on the racks.
