I had an unfortunate experience with Michelle during a return at this location. I asked if she could look up my receipt through my account, and she seemed annoyed by the request. At first, she told me I’d receive store credit for the lowest price, which I accepted. But after she found the purchase on my account, she realized I had paid about $0.60 less, so gave me that price-which made me feel like the store only uses account lookups when it benefits them, not the customer.
She also acted frustrated that the returns had to be processed separately, blamed the computer system, another associate asked to help the next customer and she answered aggressively-making me feel like I was holding up the line or doing something wrong.
I normally enjoy shopping at Maurices and haven’t had many bad experiences, but unfortunately, returns seem to be where things go downhill. Read moreI came in Friday September 5th around 11:30 ish, and was greeted by a very sweet lady! And helped by another! And had an amazing lady helping me in the dressing room area! However, the woman I interacted with at the checkout just seemed really unhappy. She seemed annoyed with her job, and me, and was overall unpleasant. My Maurice’s card wasn’t working and at the time I didn’t know why (now I do, as it was my own error), but when I asked if she knew at all why it wouldn’t work she said no, and seemed annoyed with me. I used a different card, and she just was seeming irritated with everything. It wasn’t until I was handed my receipt that she smiled at me, but it was a very smirky smile. I am so bad at names, I don’t recall who it was. Shorter, dark hair. I love Maurice’s, but this experience was frustrating towards the end.

Read moreI specifically went into the store for a specific dress two weeks ago. It was not in the store. I had to have it ordered online. The girl who took my order is a complete incompetent. I provided my address five times was shipped to an address unknown to me I don’t even know where the place is that she shipped it to now they are telling me that is no longer available two weeks later. I’ve had this call the store multiple times spoke to multiple people Lauren, the manager, especially that said that they were looking for the dress for me in fact which I was told that they are going to refund me which is unacceptable.
