I had terrible customer service! I had to seek out someone to let me in fitting room after waiting by the fitting room's. The girl that let me in had no personality and barely spoke to me. I had to exchange some bras. The checkout line was long. An employee came over and said there was another register opening around the corner which was great but... when I got over there the older lady with glasses said I'll be right back. So I had to wait AGAIN! When she was doing the exchange she was questioning the prices I got the bras for. Hello, you run deals for black Friday! She was embarrassing me like I was trying to scam her with the pricing. My receipt showed what I paid, I expected that I just exchange the sizes for the exact same bras,I didn't think it would be that big of a deal but...

I went for a bra for my dress as mother of the groom. I am clearly not a Victoria's Secret shopper at my age~ but it was worth it. A nice young lady named Antonia helped me find the right one. She was so sweet and helpful. She did all of the running from the dressing room back and forth and helped me figure out what would be best, as I had no idea where to begin. I tried on many styles. Then she found me the perfect one for my needs.I got one in one color and she called the other store in Appleton, Wisconsin, which had the other color I may need. I was greeted by friendly staff, and was extremely well treated. They measured me and helped me find the right products for my body. I felt very comfortable and did not feel judged (which is rare for me considering the whole concept of VS). I found some things that I know will last a long time. I am very happy with how I was treated here. I did nto feel pressured to buy anything either. The only problem I have is that the pricea are so high - especially compared to their store "PINK" (where I had a terrible experience). I don't think these prcies are completely reasonable - especially when their mission is ot make sure every girl is able to feel good in their body (i.e. some girls can't afford such pricy items) Overall,...
