man, i was really hoping to have a great time at this place based on the reviews. however our server, who didn’t give us his name (was middle aged, shorter, had a mustache and was wearing brown boots) really made the whole experience sour. we stopped here on a road trip hoping for some good drinks and food, immediately that server was tense. when i tried to order a basic cocktail he was very aggressive toward me- they appeared to have a full bar so my bad i guess lol. after that he just continued to be hostile, just very rude and passive aggressive. the food was pretty good and the beer was too! definitely overpriced but it’s aspen lol. the server was just very rude, definitely did not make us feel welcome, and only made the experience uncomfortable. there were other servers serving us as well and they were perfectly nice, so i’m not sure why he kept coming back when he clearly was not in the headspace to be customer facing. very rude guy, would recommend this brewery if you can avoid him...

The beer was good. The service was good. The billing was deceptive. The establishment claims to add a 5% service charge on the menu and the receipt, but the charge was actually 5.5%. My beers were $16 and 5% of that would be 80 cents rather than the 88 cents they charged. Half a percent is not a big deal and I would gladly have paid it if they were up front about, but they were deceptive on their menu and on their receipt. A machine does not charge 5.5% and say it is charging 5% without some finagling. I would have given 4 or 5 stars had there not...
