Went here twice during our stay in Aspen. The first time was terrible but the second time was much better. So this review is based on the first visit since it was quite off putting. When we walked in the store was completely empty of customers, and the sales people were in back. We walked around for a while before someone came out to help. She wasnât very helpfully to begin with⌠I was there to buy shoes and wanted to try on a couple first. She went back to find a size and after waiting for what seemed to be forever we assumed she wasnât coming back. Unsure what happened because usually if youâre having trouble finding a size for THAT long (weâre talking like 10 minutes) you might come and inform your customer you are still looking. We gave up.    Read moreMy wife and I were visiting from out of state. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Vee even though she was assisting another customer. We were also greeted by other employees who offered assistance as we walked throughout the store. Unfortunately, in OTHER stores, we have not been greeted/treated as friendly, where employees were just rude to us for whatever reason. Eventually, Vee was available and offered the friendliest assistance. She was so genuine and personally interested in our (my wife and I) story and reason for visiting Aspen. Because of Vee, I would be happy to make another purchase there should the opportunity present itself. Vee definitely deserves recognition for her outstanding customer care and professionalism. Thank you Vee and other Gucci staff for making our visit to your store...

Anyway So there are sunglasses to try and when you plan to buy one you will get the one in back that no one touched. Anyway he showed me the new one so i said yes i want that. He took 10-15 minutes to just put it in the bag and give me my card back lol. But what i found is he was changing my sunglasses to the one everyone touched and used. Which is he is trying to fool me. I called him and his store a lot but they put me on hold and they ignore my call.
So .. do you know now why Walmart is better then your treat? Because they don't fool people. Go learn some ((...
