I decided to go here after the firework show and hanging out around town. The line was super long as expected it was the only eatery open at 2 am. So after waiting for 30 minutes I finally get inside, There were 3 groups ahead of myself. One of the girls offered to show the guy behind the counter her breast if he gave her a beer and this is where it all went bad. So as the next couple approached the counter expressing to the guy serving that they were in a hurry and would like to get their slice so they could catch the last bus out. He became very rude as did the young lady offering up her breast and for beer. He said to them "well now you will have to wait for your slice as I have to piss" Not only is that not a way to speak to a paying customer we don't need to know whats going on with your bladder. So the guy who was actually making the pizza stepped up and assisted them and I was hoping he would serve me as well that didn't happen. The rude man returns and proceeds to rinse his hands off and neglect using soap. He asks what I wanted and I asked that he please put on a pair of gloves before handling my food as he just used the restroom and only rinsed his hands not to mention after rinsing his hands he wipes his nose. He then gets mad at me and proceeds to tell me how he isn't required by law to wear gloves. I explain that though he may not be required by law to wear gloves he is however required by law to use soap when he washes his hands and the fact he failed to do so is a problem. I then asked to speak with a manager and he tells me he is the manager, so I asked to speak with his supervisor and the guy making the pizza steps up and says whats the problem? So I explain the situation to him and he becomes rude and says "Either you want a slice or you don't we don't have time for this." And they proceed to take orders of customers behind me. To add insult to injury he tells me to get out of there. I've never had such a horrible dinning experience in Aspen as I had here. I decided to go back today in hopes to speak to someone a bit more level headed as these two guys looked high as a kite. I spoke with a young lady today who said she was the manager and explained to her my experience from last night and though she offers an apology she too says "We are not required by law to wear gloves", and once again I said "But you are required by law to wash your hands with soap." To excuse the behavior of staff by saying its one of your busiest nights is not an excuse. It leads me to believe that if they are so bold to accept offers of breast shots and neglecting customers that they are not washing their hands properly. I will NEVER eat from this establishment again. And I would recommend if you don't want your food contaminated with God knows what you don't eat...

I walked up the stairs, even though my friend has physical disabilities. I must state now (as it’s important to the story)- we are both Black. My friend has dread locks.
Upon coming up to the counter, I noticed several customers, all without food, and 2 employees. A middle aged man with a pony tail was playing on his phone. I waited 7-8 minutes before saying something. He was visibly playing some sort of war craft video game. After saying “excuse me, I’d like to place an order” yanky doodle looks up at me and scoffed. He was bothered, but we ordered anyway. I ordered 2 slices of pizza. So did my friend. He asked if we were sure we didn’t want the chicken wings. Seemed racially motivated. About 20 minutes later the pizza arrived on the counter. All the slices were cold. The sausage smelled funny. Genuinely inedible. I asked for my slice to be heated up and he said they were too busy to heat it. I asked for a refund and he said they couldn’t offer it and i should eat and enjoy it rather than complain. He also told my friend “YOU PEOPLE” should eat more and talk less. Wow. Next he turned around and ignored everything else I said. We left our pizza on the table. I will be contacting the owners.
I will never come back. View this photo of the pizza. Racial injustice exists within a New York pizza shop...
Read moreI accepted a 1 1/2 hour max time for three pie delivery. When they didnt show I started calling but nobody picked up the phone. It either rang out or I got a busy signal. I called repeatedly for 30 minutes, no luck. Some time (call it another 20 minutes)after that I did get a call from the driver. He was angry that I was not where I was supposed to be when he arrived late. We got in a shouting match over the phone about who was at fault.
I've read a bunch of other reviews about the place and this is what I see. They make a good slice. People seem to like it. They have a place that's lasted because they are unique in town and I guess can make it work with the " you need us more than we need you attitude", which in my case was the truth. I did not want Domino's pizza and they were the only alternative, so I needed them more than they needed me. And when they did not come through, it was my problem.
So in the end it's a risk to rely on a place like this. They just aren't built that way. That is my experience. I have no doubt that you get a good slice if you walk in at the right time and are willing to take it as they give it. Just don't expect more and...
