I bought the most expensive pen (250) and asked how to use it. They said it was simple and to check out the app, which it’s powered by. I tried, and it wouldn’t connect, so I went back. The girl clearly didn’t know so she asked the manager who referred back to the app. I’m sure it is a wonderful device but I still can’t use it and for this amount of money I’d expect someone to show me.
Update: I did contact them directly, as asked. No reply to my follow up. But I did ask a friend and he explained, verbally, how to use it. The app did not help explain (it gives a tutorial for leaf but not wax). Again, Green Dragon has wonderful premium products, but they need to invest more in training...

After several dead ends we began calling all the dispensaries within driving distance before closing and were thrilled when the Aspen Dispensary said they had the R4 we were looking for and were happy to hold it for us.

What’s not appreciated is the rudeness, impatience and intolerance they answer with. I have noticed that there are a lot reviews here that mention this behavior I wonder if it’s always the same guy or something this place breeds.
