For years I have admired, and acquired, Peter Lik’s photography. That changed recently after shopping at the Aspen retail store. I purchased a large format print, and in negotiating the price was offered a second print as an incentive. In concluding the sale we agreed on the sizes of both prints and made shipping arrangements.

I was shocked when I received my photographs the following month and the size of the second print was not what had been agreed to. When I raised this issue with the store manager, he denied our agreement. The two individuals with me at the time of purchase both recall exactly which size had been offered by the store and attested to it, yet the store refused to do anything to correct their mistake – making it clear their intent was nefarious.

I will never purchase another Lik and strongly warn others against this establishment. Be forewarned that this organization is not interested in...
