Unpleasant Experience with Rude Employees
I recently visited Chrome Hearts to exchange a sweatshirt for a smaller size, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was met with rude employees who seemed uninterested in assisting me. Despite having my receipt and the sweatshirt brand new, tried it on home was to big and put it back in the bag, I was informed that I couldn’t exchange it because it had a couple of hairs on it.
I understand that stores have return policies, but the employees’ dismissive attitude and refusal to accommodate a simple exchange were unacceptable. The lack of basic customer service and courtesy left a lasting negative impression. I won’t be shopping at Chrome Hearts again ( sales people in the store and manager ruin the brand with their attitude) as if they can afford it!! wouldn’t recommend...

I believe they thought I couldn't afford anything in the store despite making a shopping appointment.
