I purchased a mattress on 7/20/2020. They said it would be in the end on August. A lady named June sent me a text message on September 4 asking if we picked it up. I responded that I didn’t even know it was in yet. She then confirmed it was in. Ten minutes later she said she can’t find it. Come to find out our mattress that we paid for did arrive but they sold it to someone else AFTER we had already paid for it. We were upset but decided to wait for them to get another one in. Last night June text me again that our mattress was in. I responded we would be there today to pick up. My husband goes in to get it and they can’t find it! Made him go to the warehouse and look and made him go to their basement to look. At this point we are beyond frustrated. My husband came home and now I go back in with the credit card it was purchased on to get our money back. June was extremely rude and I explained that we will never be doing business there again. She wasn’t going to refund me the tax we had paid and I had to ask her to do so. I would not recommend buying furniture locally from them....

Was very pleased with the service I received. I had purchased a sofa and loveseat a month ago but the loveseat was back ordered then was back ordered at least another month. Not happy at all. I went in and talked with Scott and he offered me another set he had in stock. He even had the furniture delivered and picked up the other sofa at no additional cost. The delivery guys were fantastic! They pulled up wearing a mask, were really friendly and even assembled my furniture. Scott made it right and I appreciate him...

I cannot say enough good things about this store. I went to Atchison Furniture Store in need of a mattress and recliner. My entire experience was wonderful. Everyone who assisted me was helpful and kind. The prices are wonderful and the furniture is quality. I will definitely be buying from Atchison Furniture Store again.
