UPDATED REVIEW Written on July 3rd: Rod did end up calling us back and coming out to view our home. I appreciate him also trying to make us happy by listening to all of our concerns. He was very professional and gave us our quote for security and tv /setup in a prompt manner. I am glad that we are able resolve any prior issues or questions I had about doing business with Atlanta Audio and Automation. I hope to do business with this company in the near future.

WRITTEN JUNE 25TH: I hate to give one star..but I am giving it strictly off of customer service. My husband and I went here to the Old Milton location and met with Rod who was a very nice guy and quite knowledgeable. We decided that we did want to go with this company..so we called to have him come out and give us a price quote on security and tv/audio set up. When we called.. he told us he was busy and would get back to us. For 3 days we called twice and sent him 2 text messages.. he responded finally with I am in a meeting and will get back to you and he never did. This sucks because we were hoping to use them based on the wonderful reviews.. but if you can't even call us back.. it makes me wonder if the same service would be this way if we have a security issue or any question for that matter! Unfortunately we will not be using this company or recommending...

Atlanta Audio & Automation is professional, kowledgable and thorough. They offer products and services connected to leading industry brands in audio and automation like Control4, Lutron, VuTec and many more. I strive to partner with companies who do the right thing even when it’s difficult. I watched that unfold on one job that had many moving parts from whole house audio, custom framed televisions to automated shades on every window. Everything went very smoothly and perfectly with the exception of one window which they could not seem to connect the power to the shade. I watched them tirelessly troubleshoot until they got it right. This was indicative of their core values as a company. The client was thrilled and I was too. I look forward to working with...

Don't waste your time with these people, unprofessional and arrogant. I called Phillip (owner) for Control 4 work at my house, and explained over the phone what I needed done. He said he would need to visit in person. When he came, he was disinterested and kept looking at his watch. He promised a quote that day, which never happened. Tried unsuccessfully to reach him 2 more times in the following days. I was able to make contact 6 days later, and he promised to write up the quote and send to me later that day. That never happened. A day later, I received an email saying "The work that you are looking to do is below what we can send a crew out to do". Unbelievable! He should have known that before he even came out, and should have communicated that there was a minimum cost to do the work. Lack of experience. Clearly he just didn't feel like doing any work.
