Update: They reached out to me due to my experience and wanted to make it right. Explained that I should've gotten a massage and extractions. I went in for that visit tonight. To be short, my acne has been awful. That's why I originally went in. My skin has had a rough texture and just isn't happy. My esthetician tonight helped my skin so much. She did a lot for my acne and my face looks + feels SO much better. I almost cried when i felt my face afterwards. thank you so much. I will definitely be back. I updated the stars due to my new experience tonight.

Original review: really wish I had my service options described to me. I had signed for dermaplaning thinking that it would be additional to the other treatments provided. I only got dermaplaning and LED for 150, which is a lot of money for what i received. I thought I would at least get extractions as well. No massage either, I don't expect anything crazy but I usually get something when I get a facial. Lastly, I feel like I could've gotten something else done but a good 10-15 min my provider was trying to sell me on products. I'm all for the selling of products but normally that's done during the service. I’m so disappointed, sad even. Wanted to treat myself for my birthday and before my baby comes as I’m 9 months pregnant, but I left feeling so sad and disappointed when I left. The facial was just getting products put on my face and wiped off , a few extractions and then a few more products wiped on and off. Any facial I’ve had in the past , the estheticians usually massage your face , head , neck and shoulders , even hands. I didn’t realize I would have to ask to have those things done , I thought that was a given. Was I wrong to expect a little pampering and just a few mins of massage ? When she told she it was over I was in shock, that it was just so simple . I just feel like I wasted my birthday present. I cried in the parking lot. Wasn’t how I expected to feel. The reviews were so good ! So I was sure I was gonna get an awesome facial. Didn’t even get a face massage. 😭...

I recently had a facial at Faced Facial Studio on the Westside. Sasha was my Esthetician and let me tell you….not only was she kind & welcoming, but she was so knowledgeable. She was professional and made sound recommendations about the best skin regiment for me to try. She also was encouraging because often times people can be insecure about their skin (I most definitely am). Sasha gave me hope that my skin defects can be corrected with a proper routine. Thanks for making my 2nd facial in life experience amazing. I love the ambiance and vibe of the studio as well. Raegan was also very knowledgeable and shared some tips about the products based on her experiences. She was kind and welcoming offering us tea upon arrival. My daughter and I left with smiles...
