I was looking for a couple weeks to find a jeweler who would be willing to work on my grandfathers college class ring. Most jewelers refused to work on a class ring because of some specific complications it comes with, but Ramanos didn’t hesitate. Not only were they able to preform the labor but also assisted me in my search for a new stone through company connections. I couldn’t have emphasized the importance of the ring enough and they maintained professionalism and assured me it was in good hands.

We picked a stone and had them set it in the ring. It looked great but we had a bit of miscommunication. They attempted to retain as much of the original gold as possible while not adding any new gold. This led to a bit of a problem that showed its head after a couple weeks. Travis followed up with me and I brought it to his attention. I brought it back to them with a clearer intention outlined and they absolutely delivered. The second time around the ring looks absolutely flawless and I couldn’t be happier with it. This ring is my most prized possession and I would not hesitate to mention a flaw if there was one.

I believe the only reason it wasn’t executed to this level of quality the first time was purely due to the misunderstanding that wasn’t really their fault and the small rush that they preformed the first setting under, again through no fault of their own.

I called first to see if they could help me repair a pair of diamond earrings, and I spoke to Travis who encouraged me to come in, told me they would do it while I wait, and gave me directions on where to find them. I admit it was a bit of an ordeal to get there after finding parking, walking a block, having to register at the security desk, and then being escorted for a ride up and a winding walk to the store. However, when I got there I was greeted right away. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Travis continued to provide me updates as they worked on my earrings, and when I tried them on when they were finished, one of the screwbacks was still loose, so he called one of the other store owners in the Mart and asked if they had a screwback for me. It turned out that they did, and I overheard a conversation that they were charged for the screwback, but they didn't pass that charge along to me.
