What is Masina Diamonds? Nothing less than AMAZING! I cannot say enough positive and wonderful things about this small, family-owned business, the quality of their jewelry, diamonds, and top notch customer service.

I was looking for a very specific style of eternity band (rounds on the outside and baguettes in the middle). When I was unable to find anything in local jewelry stores I began doing internet research and that's how I found Masina. They had EXACTLY what I was looking for.

Masina Diamonds is in Georgia and I live in the mid-Atlantic region so it seemed strange to buy something of such value without seeing it in person. This was a non-issue for Masina. Not only did Star send me photos and videos of someone modeling the ring, she was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and there was never any pressure to make a sale. Instead I felt empowered to navigate the process and take as much time as I needed.

Masina's prices were extremely fair and reasonable compared to other jewelers with similar rings but inflated prices for less carat weight and quality. The vibe the other jewelers gave made me feel icky like I was prey.

After several months of thinking, I reached back out to Star to begin the purchase process which couldn't have been easier and more secure.

I am extremely grateful for the stellar customer service, answers to questions, and patience for several months while I made a decision.

I would definitely recommend Masina to anyone shopping for diamonds or fine jewelry no matter their location. After my shopping experience with them, it’s apparent Masina is a subject matter expert and I feel proud to be one of their consumers.

If you look on their website, there's a reason they've won so many awards and accolades. Family is everything and I recognize that Masina is a small, family-owned business and to me, that means everything.

The ring I purchased was for a commitment ceremony my partner and I did recently while away on vacation in the Caribbean. He wanted to purchase a ring I would love and wear not only as a symbol of our commitment to each other, but also our commitment together to Jesus and God.

The ring I chose from Masina is just shy of 5 carats of natural round and baguette diamonds. To say "I LOVE it" is a severe understatement. It is stunning and will someday belong to our daughter.

Man, did this place wow me. I honestly thought it was a scam seeing hundreds of ONLY 5 star reviews, but I get it now. My fiancé proposed with a gorgeous ring, a beautiful diamond set on a band I had previously picked out. But, the jeweler we originally brought it to, to have our diamond set into it, totally butchered it. It was the ugliest setting I had ever seen, set as tall as a frickin skyscraper with the weirdest v-prongs (probably dramatic but it ruined the band I fell in love with). I knew I had to get it fixed but had no clue how to do that or where to start. That’s when I found Masina Diamonds.

I was immediately greeted by Star, the nicest and most attentive person ever. She listened to everything I wanted, heard all my concerns, and didn’t rush me through anything. I truly felt taken care of. She walked me through how the design process would go and made sure I had no doubts before proceeding. I sent her so many emails with inspirations photos and in return got 3D renderings of a design that merged all my ideas into one (this part was the COOLEST! It was the only way I would have been confident and comfortable making a change to my ring. Being able to see the ring in a 3D space meant everything). I was able to make any changes I wanted, no matter how big or small, and they matched what I had in my head perfectly, sending me new renderings after each change. We probably went through 4 or 5 iterations before I was completely happy, and did I mention you can do as many concept renderings as you need for FREE?! Talk about the perfect place for a type A perfectionist gal. I don’t say this about a lot of things, but I TRUST this business.

Not only was the process of designing the new setting amazing, but the results were better than I expected. Since only the diamond setting was being replaced, I was worried it would sort of look botched, like half the ring was shaved off and another was plopped on top (this is what the previous jeweler had done). But NO! Oh my god, it was perfect. The quality was perfect. The design was perfect. And the craftsmanship! So so amazing. And they updated me every step of the way. I’ve attached photos below of the before and after!!

IT WAS ALSO AFFORDABLE! Most important part. I didn’t feel gouged.

I don't write reviews often unless I have a tremendous experience to share how great the experience was or how thankful I am for their help/service, or vice-versa, a horrible experience that I feel compelled to share with others to save them from going through what I did.

In this case, I'm gladly writing an excellent review for the fabulous experience I had with Masina Diamonds and Rustin, in particular.

I have to start with sharing that I'm quite familiar with America's Mart. My mom used to volunteer her time there to help friends who also own shops there during shows or expos. It's incredible how big it is and how many stores there are in this building, and how much bigger it expands to during shows and expos.

All that said, I knew I was going to get my ring wholesale. The big question I had was which of the 100 diamond shops I would select.

I was actually recommended to go with Masina by several friends who also used them. But I wanted to do my homework and I did my due diligence by semi-interviewing several of the store owners simply to get a gauge on their customer support and how they treated folks. I was most impressed with Masina Diamonds and was very appreciative of their end-to-end consultation.

Rustin was my go-to guy. He was very easy to communicate with (text, e-mails, and phone calls). He also educated me on how they select their diamonds and then we had several consultations on the diamond selection process. You think you do your homework but then you talk to someone like Rustin and it hits you just how important it is to see diamonds through their eyes.

In the end, Rustin was able to provide me with the perfect diamond that was everything my fiancée wanted (natural, 1.75, excellent cut, and other specifics). What Rustin ended up doing though saved me thousands~ Because my fiancée's petite, and has very skinny fingers, I learned that going a little smaller would look just as big as a bigger rock.

As inflation continues to rise, and our discretionary income potentially tightens, I truly appreciate Rustin's consultation.
