Our Bar ATL — Restaurant in Atlanta

I’ve ordered off the Adobo.ATL weekly menu before and was pleased with the food and customer service so I decided to try the pop-up at Our Bar ATL over the weekend and it did not disappoint.

I ordered the: Wings (1/2 calamansi white pepper and 1/2 tocino flavored) with pork and veggie lumpia BBQ chicken skewers with rice and atchara Vegetable tofu pancit

I called in my order and was told it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours until ready for pickup which I thought was reasonable given the amount of orders they had. They have a small parking lot behind the building which made it super convenient to get in and out so I didn’t have to park too far on the street.

Unfortunately once I got home, I realized my order was missing the vegetable pancit. I was pretty bummed because out of all the things I ordered that was the dish I was looking forward to the most. I called Adobe.ATL and spoke to Mike and he was very apologetic. Sung from Our Bar ATL also reached out via text to refund me for the missing pancit and also offered his sincere apologies. I would be lying to say I was not disappointed at first but I appreciated the wonderful customer service I received. Mistakes happen and I like that they both took care of the matter with the utmost professionalism. Sung offered me a complimentary pancit to make up for the mistake which I ended up picking up today and it was delicious! It even had a little kick to it from the pepper which I love because I like my food a little spicy.

Being from the bay area, I really miss Filipino food. I’m so happy to see Filipinos being represented here in the Atlanta food scene. It’s been a long time coming. Can’t wait for the next pop-up! Thanks again Adobe.ATL and...

I'm shocked at the reviews. Idk what I did wrong. But I came here based on the reviews and my experience was subpar. They only offer wine with minimal alcohol in it. They don't have a food menu but instead have pop up menus depending on the day. Just my like they were have a variety hot dogs with either Mac and cheese or tator tota....TF. anyway, I was hungry so I got it. The hot dog was good but not work $16. The Mac and cheese was bland AF. The atmosphere was pretty boring. They had the nerve to charge an illegal cover charge on top of all that. I left at 9:35, maybe I came too early but overall, I would not have decided to spend my memorial day here if I knew it would...
