I’ve been coming to The Perfect Brows for almost 15 years and will never go anywhere else! Like most, my face/eyes are very asymmetrical and the way they measure your brows to ensure the right shape and proportion is unlike any other! I see Shana and she is a true brow artist. She has helped me get my brows back healthy and full again after over-tweezing and over-waxing prior to becoming her client. Leza is the owner and mastermind behind this incredible establishment and is an amazing brow artist herself. She ensures to stay at the forefront with the latest and best products and technology for your brows and even your lips! Try the new Obagi brow gel she now offers. My brows started growing and thickening within 2 to 3 weeks of using it! And the vitamin E lip oil is soooo good. Especially with all of this cold weather. It naturally hydrates your lips while giving a pretty glossy shimmer. I literally have one in the car, one in my purse, and one in my makeup bag at all times! Highly disappointed and actually saddened by my experience. Im very particular when it comes to my eyebrows.I came for threading by Leza. Let me start by saying I was rescheduled twice. & was also told that she was booked up . So I thought wow she must be really good. I was excited & even waited to get them done. Finally was able to make my appointment. I walked in & was greeted by staff. Another Caucasian lady was there . She made a remark about threading grown people eyebrows don’t know if that was directed towards or someone else so I payed it no mind. She measured my eyebrows, talked & buttered me up all of the appointment. When I got up there was almost no difference in my eyebrows and it was also $100.00. I’ve had better done in a nail salon for about $93 less. No lamination no brow tint no nothing . Highway robbery if u ask me. I have never in my life paid $100 for threading my eyebrows. Waited a few days to write this review to get over my anger and dislike of my brows. I give it two stars because the staff was nice. That's about all this place has to offer a hospitable staff. Totally overpriced for the service they are offering. My thread was painful I've been doing threading for years and expected a more comfortable experience for the price. The shape is nothing amazing far from "perfect". Any random threading salon could have done a better job. I expressed to them that I disliked the tint and hated how it looked. The lady then blamed me. I still had to pay full price for the tint that I completely hated on my face and immediately went home to scrub off. A discounted rate for the tint should have been offered so I didn't feel completely robbed leaving hating my brows.
