RUINED my daughter’s Senior Prom!! We traveled out of our way to find this so called “The Perfect Prom Dress Store”. We were in ATL for a cheer competition all the way from Louisiana on February 15, 2025 and went to the store as soon as it opened. She measured my daughter and seemed to be legit. She even wrote on the receipt the dress would ship between March 18-21 2025. On March 17, 2025 I contacted Brittiany asking to pay the balance on the dress to ensure it would be shipping that week. She didn’t respond so I waited until the next day 3/18/25 and called the # on the receipt. She answered but told me her computer was dead and she would call me back. She didn’t call me back so I texted asking if the computer had charged so I could take care of the invoice. No response. She finally called back stating she did not know how to send an invoice from her phone or computer. (How are you the owner of a company and you don’t know how to send an invoice?) She kept telling me that she would have it to me by the end of the day but still no invoice. On 3/22/25 I sent a text asking for the status of the invoice and when the dress would be shipping. No response. Finally on 3/25/25 my husband had enough of the lies and had an attorney send a letter of demand and she responded with a refund of my deposit after a week of lies. When she could have just told us from the beginning that she could not fulfill the order. She has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have never had to beg someone to take money. This was a $1200 dress that she made me pay more than half down as a deposit and then she did this to my daughter a week before her senior prom. Very unprofessional if you ask me!!

First of all, I would NEVER attempt to purchase a $1200 dress on Amazon so please come up with a better example. And you would have NEVER had to hear from my husband or an attorney had you not lied to me and avoided my texts and calls for an entire week knowing you had already had half of my money for five weeks already. She uses time against her clients, but only had 6 hours for hours of operations. There isn't one day she has in her schedule for morning appointments, everything is afternoon. Her voicemail is always on unless, she's telling you she's gone. She provides certain services for some clients and others do not know of the services until they are being told this is why she has such strict time restraints. She expects for you to be on time, but will have you sitting there waiting for her to make your garments during your fitting. She is a nice person, just don't do business with her. I have yet to get the boutique's address. I would have loved to experience that environment instead of her living room and paying 30 dollars for parking at her condo. Her daughter was the best part of the experience. She is such a joy.. Can't say the same for this dress. I left wet and trying to get in the safety of my home from a flashflood and thunderstorm warning. As you can see from what she said she is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AS WELL. To say I knew your time slot and procedures are laughable. I don't have defend myself to gain business ma'am you do. To call a client horrible that paid her money is unbelievable. I chose a dress that would have been in all school policies you very unprofessional person. To try and air out something. I didn't even speak on how you never even asked if anyone sitting with you for hours would even want refreshments or anything and you're speaking about energy. What a great experience!! I saw quite a few a few negative reviews, so I must tell about our experience! Brit was great and I had concerns throughout the process, but I sat back and let her do her thang and she came through! Order early and be prepared to be patient with the process! We picked our dress and went for a fitting. When we came back for pick up the dress was literally made on the spot and taylored to fit my daughter at the pick up! It took a few hours so come full and prepared to wait on the customer dress you want! The dress was nothing short of amazing and exactly what we wanted! We were able to make small changes like turning the top of the dress into a corset! We also got to pick out the color and rhinestone pattern to go on top of the corset!
