I stayed at The Peach Atlanta for almost two years, and I really enjoyed my stay there. The unit I stayed in was very spacious and the floor to ceiling windows provided great views. The unit came with furniture, appliances, utensils, and even a smart TV, all of which exceeded my expectations. Noise was never really an issue from both other neighbors and street noise. Also, the unit was clean upon my initial move-in, and throughout my stay, pests were never a problem.
A big factor for me when looking for a place to stay was safety. The Peach Atlanta requires a digital key to access the building, apartments, and the garage, so that was plenty for me. The maintenance and management staff (especially Ta'Quiera) went above and beyond to help me with any issues that I had. They even went out of their way to help me during off-hours and checked on me to see how things were going. That is the type of personal attention that I appreciate not only as a resident, but as a person.
The cherry on top for me was the location. Restaurants and attractions (both day and night) were either within walking distance or just a short drive away (which is saying a lot, especially here in Atlanta). The only con I can really say about here is the lack of on-site amenities. This wasn't a huge issue for me, especially being so close to Colony Square, Piedmont Park, and other places.
I really enjoyed my stay at The Peach Atlanta and I am so grateful to the staff and everyone there. If given the opportunity to stay here again, I most...
Read moreI’m a travel nurse and stayed here for 3 months. My experience at the peach was pretty good, the apartments are nice but my stay is currently being overshadowed by the fact that I haven’t received my deposit back as of yet despite moving out July 5th. Each time that I have contacted the peach I’m being told it takes 30 business days. I was told to put my account information into their system and I used the “recommended” method of payment on their website so it captured my account number and routing information but apparently the wrong routing number was captured. So now I have to wait an additional 30 business days to get my money. No one contacted me so I have no clue when I’m supposed to get my money back. Ta’Queria is nice and helpful but I will definitely not be staying here again. I need the owner to contact me asap or I will be filing a lawsuit because this is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to beg for...
Read moreI called to get information about their short term leases and talked to the manager, Ta’Quiera. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I mentioned being new to the area and having questions, I asked if it was a good time to go through my list. Her response was “I’m talking to you ain’t I”. I have the date and time in case management records calls and would like to listen, as she was rude the entire 15-minute conversation and proceeded to hang up on me.
Because of Ta’Quiera’s lack of professionalism, I decided to go with another furnished apartment complex in Midtown. I’ve had a wonderful experience so far and have even extended my stay and paid in-full upfront
If you’re looking at this complex, I would seriously reconsider. If an initial conversation is this rude, I can only imagine how terrible the resident...
