I want to express my disappointment with the service I experienced at your Chipotle location today. Upon visiting, I found that the female server appeared to be controlling the portion sizes excessively. My bowl was barely filled to three-quarters of the serving size, which was quite disheartening. It's imperative for staff to ensure that enough food is prepared to provide customers with the appropriate portion sizes. Additionally, when I requested a half-and-half serving, I was given a mere four pieces of chicken cubes, and the same scant portioning was evident with the onions and peppers. When I politely asked for additional toppings, the server displayed an attitude, which was unwarranted and unprofessional. Moreover, the upkeep of the dining area left much to be desired, with only about six tables in use. This lack of maintenance further detracted from the overall dining experience.

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your 1745 Peachtree St NE location in Atlanta.

I ordered two bowls with white rice, black beans, and requested half barbacoa, half honey chicken. After noticing that the portion of meat was noticeably small, I asked for double meat. The server gave me a full portion of the honey chicken but still provided a visibly smaller portion of barbacoa.

When I politely pointed this out, the staff insisted that it was a full serving, even though it clearly was not. I then addressed the issue with the manager on duty, who refused to correct the order. I explained that I would need to dispute the charge if the order wasn’t made right. Her response was to shrug and say “OK,” showing no concern or effort to resolve the issue.

This level of disregard for customers and poor service is unacceptable. I paid for a full double meat bowl and did not receive it. I expect better from Chipotle, and I hope this matter will be taken seriously.

Went in around 5pm today to get a burrito bowl and was greeted with a line. That wouldn't be an issue though the restaurant wasn't busy and there was only one person in front of me. The female worker, I guess, told him he had to wait. Which seemed odd. A gentleman worker asked if he and I needed help but the female worker showed back up. The female worker had a nasty attitude and wasn't friendly or courteous. She was rushing customers; i asked for extra meat and a lot of lettuce. Before I could confirm that I was happy with my bowl, she closed it and almost refused to reopen it so I could confirm. Once she did reopen it and finally complied with my asking of more lettuce, she threw the lettuce in the bowl and began to say, " it won't close" and smashed my bowl. The gentleman worker and myself were looking so shocked with what she was doing and her behavior. I asked for guacamole and chips and she refused to finish the order all because I asked for more lettuce!?! The male worker had to assist me with the rest of my order. This isn't the first time going here and workers have horrible attitudes. Though she is consistent with her bad attitude and service. She is an older woman who was working today around 5pm. There were only 3 workers; a guy working on to go orders, a lady cutting meat, and Ms. ATTITUDE working the line. Please do something about this before it causes issues with the wrong person. Updated Review from 5 stars to 2 stars Something has changed with this location over the past 10 months. I waited to update this review as I needed confirmation that the issues I had experienced were not just anomalies. Now, that I’ve gotten my confirmation, I must provide an update on my experiences in hopes that this location does better as the quality of food seems to have plummeted significantly. The chips are no longer fresh, they taste stale as if they are leftover from prior days, same with the pico. The corn roasted salsa on multiple occasions has been flavorless and chalk like. The guacamole oxidizes now and has little to no taste, I presume the team is not squeezing lime in the guacamole as they’re supposed to. Not sure if what is happening here now, but I caution you if you want fresh tasty food, this location is no longer the place to go.

Prior Review The team working on 12/9/23 around 4:30pm was amazing. The food was fresh, tasty and hot. The food bar presentation was great and the restaurant was clean. If you frequent Chipotle locations you know the food bar presentation is never great and employees always place the food droppings on the bar back into the pans which is outright disgusting. However, from what I witnessed it doesn’t seem to happen here. Kudos to this team 10/10!! I will certainly frequent this...
