Atlantic Palace Condominium — Local services in Atlantic City

We thought the place was a real $h@! hole. We were disappointed from the moment we arrived. The entrance to the condo was blocked by cars. It took about an hour to check in. Luckily, you can unload and load your car there in the front because the parking garage isn't attached to the Atlantic Palace. There is no elevater, so when you want to retreive or leave your car, you must shlep up and down the steps while smelling the sweet aroma of either piss or weed depending on the time of day. My wife overheard someone complaining at the front desk that their car was broken into. It was definitely a concern for me. We checked in on a Saturday and left on a Tuesday. Housekeeping never showed up for our entire stay for anything. Our room was marginal at best. It was clean, but the bed was small and the furniture was very worn and outdated. The saving grace was the view from our room. In conclusion, I won't be back. There's definitely better places to stay on the boardwalk, and that's all I'm gonna...

Was a very pleasant stay! Happy with our room. 14th floor. Beautiful view. My fav, the ferris wheel 🎡!!! I was soooooooooooooo happy when I seen that, that was my view from my room! The sunrise 🌅🌄🌞 was absolutely breathtaking..just beautiful! It's quiet in the hotel, no one bothers you, check ✔️ in and check ✔️ out were a breeze. You get to park in their garage. The doors are locked at night for your safety and everything is on camera and observed by security all night long. So you definitely feel SAFE too which is a big thing esp down there so that made me feel alot better honestly. The doormen, both pm and am whom bring your luggage up we're just so nice and overly helpful. It really makes you feel welcome. And I did there. Thanks guys for a beautiful stay! Atlantic Palace is currently one of only two resorts in AC for vacation ownership as well as non-member travel. It is undergoing amazing renovations. Many of the reviews (and especially images) prior to 2015, no longer apply. I was there for the first time last week and received a tour of the beautiful renovations and was told that there are more to come. The sales staff is AMAZING! Sal, Cheryl, Joe and Keisha made me feel at home with true sincerity. Even after they gave my 3 kids games and Legos to play with as well as a bunch of FREE hot dogs, popcorn and drinks which ended up mostly on the floor.

The resort is now owned by FantaSea Resorts (not Blue Green). If you decided to stay, I recommend booking a room on a higher level (floor 12 and up). Beautiful...
