Stayed at the Resorts Casino on a little weekend getaway. I was leaving to check out and saw this beautiful pink jacket in the window. The little clock on the door states open at 10 am look at the time it was exactly 10am. I opened the door and went inside and went straight to the jacket. I say to the lady at the counter how much is this jacket she says $99, then says I won't be open for another 10 mins. I say ok. I'll go to the front desk check out, and I'll be right back. 10 minutes later, I came back to the store. The door is locked, and the lady is gone. I wait a few minutes, then go to the store across from there AKA asks the young lady working there if she knows what was going on she said the lady should be right back. I wait in front of the store a few more minutes still nothing. I go back to AKA and ask the young lady if she could call the employee to see if she was coming back to the store, and she did, but the employee didn't answer. I waited a few more minutes before leaving because the people I was riding with were ready to go. I say all that to say how disappointed I was that I couldn't purchase that beautiful jacket and why wasn't the store open and ready for customers at 10am like the sign states. Also, I asked the young lady if there was a manager or supervisor I could speak to, and she informed me that the employee in question was infact the manager.. I intended to purchase a dress. The sign clearly stated 30% off. Discounts to be taken at the register. My husband went to pay and the sales associate said that the prices were increasing and that was now the sale price .
