My friend and I came in and worked with Rebecca for some piercings together. We initially came in for two vertical labret piercings, but found out I do not have the anatomy for it myself. Despite being sad I couldn't get it, I was grateful that Rebecca was honest with me about it instead of going through with it considering the chance of rejection. I ended up getting double nostrils redone. This was my 4th or so time getting my nostrils redone, but first experience with Rebecca. Its also my first experience with them healing smoothly! The experience was really smooth! This was the first time my nostrils have healed correctly. I love that they use flat back jewelry instead of other options. My friend got the vertical labret and it went very smoothly as well! We were able to pick out the jewelry we wanted from their options to match our existing jewelry. Its been two months now and all 3 piercings have healed beautifully. We went back in and found out Rebecca no longer works there, which sucks. I plan to follow up with her wherever she goes to get more piercings done! When we returned for downsizing, Morgan helped us out. She downsized my friends vertical labret and I added a chain to my nostril piercings. The process was nice and easy. I'd recommend Rebecca (@Blacksheep.bodymods on instagram) wherever she ends up next. She continues to respond to my questions, giving advice and helping out wherever and however she can! Katie tried anyway possible not to pierce my daughter’s belly button. She even tried to say the photo on my license was not me! Since I gave my daughter permission to get her belly done. We had all correct documents as we were told over the phone, so why was it such a big issue? Katie said she did not want my 14 year old to get a piercing and she don’t believe in letting minors get any piercings done and we were lucky she did it! I also accidentally hit the wrong tip amount because I did not want to tip her but she said there was no way for her to go back on the register for me to change it and she received an $18.15 cent tip she did not deserve! If you allow minors to get piercings your staff should not make your customers feel as if she is trying anyway possible to decline your services, this store is NOT customer service friendly! The gentleman who Katie showed both my id and my daughters id to which she tried denying both id’s said yeah it’s fine! Katie still made it clear she did not want to do it and we could feel her negative energy the entire time. If you offer certain services to minors your entire staff should be on board and not use their own beliefs to intimidate your paying customers! By the way Katie is the only piercer at the Great Lakes Mall location she made that clear as well saying we also are lucky she is staying over 15 mins to do my daughters belly even though I would have had myself get one done as well but she was already staying late, so I declined to do mine. Honestly disappointed with the half assed service. I came in to get new back ins for my piercings, and didn’t have enough knowledge that my second piercing the backing wouldn’t work out for it and was waiting to get informed help from your store. The plus size woman with purple and green hair didn’t properly check if the backings for the items were correct for my piercings and either way charged me for both. When it came to the moment to check for the backings, she told me about it and she had the wrong sizing either way so she was going to need to replace it either way and still denied to give me a refund for a backing I didn’t need, and she had the sizing wrong for both AND for my first replacement she kept messing it up and my skin started getting irritated.
