Sandy Rice, She helped me in her store at Great Lakes Crossing Mall today... She was with all the things .. While he was looking around, she greeted me, and asked me if she could help me find anything...
Not only was my visit to the boutique, pleasant to walk into, but Sandy engaged with my visit to the store...
*Most young people are playing on their CELL PHONE, or not proactive with CUSTOMER SERVICE ... She was helpful, with her knowledge of her store, and very relaxed with my visit.
(I didn't feel pressured to buy any thing, it rushed)
Sandy asked at the end of my purchase, if there was anything else she could help me with... And she thanked me for stopping in to the Boutique. She handed me my purchase, and thanked me, with "Thank you have a nice day." In the World we're in today... People aren't personable, or patient, they don't engage, and KINDNESS IS HARD TO FIND.
Sandy, was great with her people skills & she took care of me as a customer very respectfully. I will most definitely be coming back to This Boutique, because of the PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL SERVICE that I was given.

As I walked pass she said hello and that was it. She continued with her phone call. As Iām walking around the store (multiple times) there was no type of assistance. The young lady continued on her personal phone call. Not once did she ask if I needed anything or did I need assistance finding anything. I continued in the store another 5 minutes. Some of the brands I like to purchase were not stocked with my size. I thought about just settling with another brand that did have my size but decided not to purchase from this particular store due to lack of customer service. I will continue to purchase at a different store. I know during the week it may be slow but as the only customer in the store and the worker clearly not doing any work or appeared to be busy, I would expect a little more...
