Don’t buy from these guys. Will not be giving them another dollar of my capitalistic income. Bought a lions jersey from them online in the past and the screen print was incredibly slanted. After exchanging for 2 other jerseys which were both only slight less crooked, I eventually gave up and returned them all.

Fast forward to today, bought a tigers jersey before the playoff game downtown a few weeks ago and their employee popped the tags and discarded them because I told him I was going to wear it out. He never offered me the tags…Shortly after, I noticed there was a white outline around the number at the bottom front of the jersey (road grey tigers). I immediately took the jersey off and bagged it as I didn’t want to get it dirty. I called their shop and explained the situation and Jim & Josh both told me to bring it by and they’d take a look and should be able to help out. This is clearly a bad heat pressing job that they don’t want to admit to. I went to the GLC store and talked to Andi, who then made a call to someone and walked away to the back as if trying to hide something. He came back and told me this white box is a standard part of the heat pressing process and it will disappear after washing. Conveniently after washing there would be no further liability for them because it would have been washed and unreturnable.

Guess I will have to take my business to the Fanatics circus or Rally House....

This place is awful and the customer service is just as bad. I was there today trying to exchange a defective sweatshirt and the manager was as rude as ever. He was dismissive, rude and stated he could do nothing for me. Paid hard working money for an expensive item and they did not stand by the product. To make is worse the manager was as rude and didn't even try to understand my situation. He was the worse way to represent a store that sells gear from the best city in the world. Go to Rally House down the way from this store. Much nicer and they represent us better. The manager was so rude. He wore glasses with grey hair. He could care less about the money I paid for this sweatshirt for my son. He just said buy another one with no understanding. Came from out of town to support this store and...

I recently purchased a replica Tigers jersey from GameDay Detroit. I wanted one with "FIDRYCH" on the back. I had to special order a specific jersey. lt arrived on time (actually a little sooner than expected) and flawless. The jersey is certainly high quality material.
