Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Augusta

If I were able leave a no or half star review for this place I would. I know they only recently opened, but holy s* are they slow! Even worse than that however was the food! This isn't even a case of "oh its ok, but they're not as good as Diablos, Moes or Barberitos", no this was just straight up bad food. Bland and tasteless doesn't even begin to describe it. The queso cheese dip looked like nothing more than microwave Velveta queso, which hey I like so I gave it a shot. Nope! Just a bland/tasteless dip. Had I not seen it or known about it, closed my eyes and eaten some I quite literally could not have told you I was eating some kind of cheese dip.

Oh, and when you go quite literally ANYWHERE ELSE and order some kind of dip, cheese or otherwise, what do you expect to be like a given at all times to come with that dip? Chips right?! Cause its cheese dip, you need chips to eat/scoop your dip. Chips that Diablos, Moes or Barberitos will literally give you giant bags of. Chips that just keep on coming to your table with salsa at any Mexican restaurant you go to. Not Chipotle! You want to eat your queso with some chips you better be ready to $$! Oh yea and the bag of chips you are paying for, apart from there only being like 15 chips in that bag, they're also just as bland and disgusting as the rest of the food. The 3 bags I paid for so we could enjoy our queso got thrown into one bag and brought home for the dogs.

Btw I'm speaking for myself, my girlfriend and her daughter. I got a burrito and they each got a bowl. We all hated it and none of us came close to finishing our food. Had there not been a line out the door and had I not been with company that I didn't want to embarrass I would have brought my food back up after 2 bites and asked...

Placed a catering order well in advance for a specific time via delivery. Called several hours earlier to the time of delivery and was assured everything is going as I ordered. Time of delivery rolls around, but nothing. I call Chipotle Catering line and stayed on hold for 25+ minutes and two different representatives without any recourse nor what happened. I had to call the store to find out exactly what happened, and neither the store nor Chipotle owns up to this issue, only to blame the delivery service.

Called the Chipotle line several times because they hung up on me twice. I was assured a refund is pending, but when I called back a week later, they told me there was nothing processing. I requested the refund get escalated to a supervisor/manager, and was able to receive a full refund about 10 days after Chipotle messed up my $400 catering order.

tl;dr = Chipotle won't own up to their mistake. Their catering customer service reps are some of the worst to deal with, and extremely unprofessional. I won't be ordering any kind of catering service with Chipotle...

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! The lady serving us had a terrible attitude and was very aggressive with our food. After we went to sit down to eat she started yelling at us because apparently the whole seating area except for two tables was closed at only 8:00pm. Her yelling was incoherent and none of my family understood what she was trying to say (or yell) when we couldn't understand she became what seemed to be annoyed and angry. She was extremely rude and when we finally understood that we could only sit at those tables we saw they were very nasty. We asked kindly if she could please clean because she was already cleaning the ones that were supposed to be closed. She told us to wait in a degrading tone and after a bit of us just standing there while she cleaned all the other tables she finally aggressively wiped off the tables. The food wasn't even good either, definitely not worth it. I will NEVER EVER eat at another Chipotle again and will be sure to advise my friends and family about the terrible food and...
