Went here the other day with couple girls from work. Was our first time there. I’m giving one star because while the pizza was good the service and staff were not. We sat inside back by the bathrooms and think one other couple sat inside the whole time we were there, yet after we’d been there eating for little bit, talking and having a lovely time, all of a sudden the cleaning staff started coming back going to every set of table and chairs and “cleaning” what was already clean as there was nobody else inside. However for about 5 solid minutes all we heard was LOUD clanking as they picked up the metal chairs and seemed to slam them back down on the concrete floor. We could barely here each other and it finally occurred to us that is was like they were wanting us hurry up and leave. I had a sinus headache that day and at one point I actually yelled “come on!” To which I don’t think they even heard me above the slamming of chairs. I understand that a lot of business are still pick up and deliver only, however when you have customers willing to come in and spend money in your restaurant I would expect a little more hospitality and not to leave there with a full...

This was a Grubhub order. My order was short a pizza. The missing pizza, possibly not their fault as it could have been eaten by the driver…charge that to the game. I will deal with Grubhub separately.

This review is about the food: I ordered 2 pizzas $12 each and the create your own mega salad at $20. It was not a complicated order. Salad: all the green leafy things with diced tomatoes, salami, chick peas and black olives and feta. What came was a regular salad in a big bowl with missing chicken, 6 pieces of “diced” tomatoes, 2 slices of salami - cut in four and a dusting of feta. I called and asked how to reconcile and was pretty much questioned about the missing chicken, like I would pick out the chicken and then call to complain about the rest😒. I was told there was nothing they could do as they have a portion control process. I call BSon this order, because I have ordered there multi times before and got a proper portion. I threw them in the garbage…it was too insulting to eat.

The apathy is what’s aggravating. The only power I have is where to spend my money and my word of mouth…never...

There is no sign on the door for closing time didn't think to look on Google since it is a Friday night....we explained that we are new to give us a moment to look at the menu. The first lady was super friendly (not sure of names no one had a name tag) and helpful....second lady with the yellow phone case (that was kept behind topping selection on the table where they prepare the pizza for the oven) and black water bottle was super rude and unprofessional took my husbands order and abruptly left during and went straight to her phone and then went to go talk to a woman and man at the oven ....so a nice gentleman explained kinda why she had an attitude she was still rude and unprofessional it is sad a coworker had to defend her . I haven't tried the food yet still waiting for it to come out since I am waiting I figured I would write this review. So undecided if I am willing to come back as a first impression it is not good

Update: pizza...

Online ordering is not worth it. Not only did they not follow the order with no one to watch them make the order (because online and to be picked up later), but the app isn't kept up to date with malfunctions of their machinery, as in this instance their milkshake machine. Admittedly, I was offered a pizza to make up for the disparity, but by that point I just wanted to leave. I had thought the milkshake fault was the only problem, aside from getting the wrong dipping sauce for the garlic bread- which was minimal and I didn't want to cause a scene and be one of those customers, so I hadn't checked that the pizza followed the order. Thirty minutes later, I find this (photos). I have had great experiences here before when I have time to sit down and enjoy my meal, but this was absolutely terrible, and I won't make the same mistake again.

What does MOD stand for? Master of Deliciousness, Mother of Delicacy, or Made on Demand? The combinations are truly limitless. I will say that people who stay up after 2:00 am in the morning and wear aluminum foils on their heads, may have the answer. But before you hunt them down and find out where the Sasquatchs are and what MOD means, just google it so much easier. You can easily see how the pizzas are made because they make them in front of you. I ordered the Mad Dog , Mini it was good but I wanted my crust more crispy. I also ordered the cheese bread which was buttery, cheesey, and great. I would recommend for the taste and size of entree, it can feed two easily. It is kid friendly and there are thousands of pizza combinations that can be made.

Was looking forward to this restaurant based on the reviews. This is the product that was handed to us. When we pointed out that our pizza was burnt, "only around the edges" was the reply we received. The entire crust was charcoaled and the toppings weren't fully cooked. My pizza on the other hand was so soggy that I couldn't even pick up a slice without all the toppings sliding right off. And finally next to the center island, where the food is placed either before or after removing from the oven, one of the the staff members emptied a trash bin into another rather full bin and inevitably trash fell all across the floor. From a sanitary standpoint that's unacceptable. Would not recommend.
