Autrocious! I was hurried into the pedicure chair where she did my feet - soaking and all- in LESS than 10 minutes flat! She began the start of hand nails in the PED chairl - the enitire time she was so-called providing me service, she was intruding on another tech's irate client who was upset that her ring finger was red and injured and she was being married the next day! When THIS CLIENT commented on her being the manager, my tech stated she WAS NOT, but wanted to see if she could help. She didn't clip my nails & one hand is noticeably different in lengths! She quickly squared them going one direction ad left them rounded on the otherside HOW I WANT THEM (ROUND), she half did her job. Failed to correct the jagged broken index nail at all! Nail peeled of in 2-3 sheets, a week later.!! Polish was gobbed on so that in parts of the tips there were huge ripples and bulging puddles. One 2 nails, they were damaged from the UV light and she left them. When she Finally did speak to me, it was to tell me that sometimes happy and others not as much!!! That sometimes we think too much and it's not as big of a deal. She was so caught up with the Bride and other Tech's buiness the 23 minutes I was in there for a MANNI/PEDI!! Okay SO... I am Beyond Disappointed with my nails. First off I asked for Gel and the lady continued using acrylic on my nails. I wanted a FullSet w Red French Tips. I had been growing my Natural nails out for about 3 months, my natural nails were very long but she said she had to cut them all off in order to proceed With longer fake nails. I allowed her to cut them but I was already a bit sad about that. She DID NOT push my cuticles back or cut them at all, she actually ended up Splitting 2 cuticles when they were perfect before. It’s only been a week and it looks like I got this set done weeks ago. But ON TOP OF EVERYTHING I Kid you Not The Very Next HOUR the nail on my middle finger Broke off. The lady was nice enough to fix it the next day though. But there was barley any friction when it broke, the hold should’ve been its strongest at that point. A week later and the other middle finger didn’t break off but it popped off out of nowhere like a press on. I was literally just walking. I paid this Lady $50 for this and they couldn’t even last a week. I’m so upset. I’m giving 2 stars cause my moms nails looked great but then again the other lady...

Never ever again!!!! My daughter and I has appointments for mani/pedi. When we arrived we were not treated until they signaled for us to the pedicure chairs.

These two employees were in some sort of agitated discussion and were not paying much attention to us. My daughter wanted a gel pedicure, but decided to just get polished because they really were not paying much attention to what they were doing.

After the pedicure, we both got our nails done. I did a gel manicure and my daughter has acrylic nails and needed a rebase. It was horrible! The technician did a horrible job shaping her nails. My technician cut my nails so short and files them so hard that they skin around 3 of my nails split and bled. Ater that day, one of my nails started peeling! Not just a little, but the entire top part was peeling and by the end of the night it peeked completely off. All 10 of my nails peeked in large chunks within 3 days. My daughter had her nails removed and completely redone within a week because the job was horrible.
