Wonderful tour group! I went with a friend and had a great time - we were there during ACL, and there were tons of people and tailgaters to see. When my family visited we went again, and unfortunately hit traffic. We called and they immediately changed our reservation time to a later tour so that we wouldn't be rushed, at no charge! Very happy with the service both times, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice little tour of Downtown Austin.

We really enjoyed this tour!. It was our first time visiting Austin, and we were able to see and explore the downtown area. The top deck provided awesome views and thankfully we felt a breeze - the weather was quite nice. The tour guide was knowledgeable and humorous. **Side note: It may be best to sit on the left side if you're on the top deck as there are less branches on the route. Trees are in full bloom, so just be mindful. 🤭 Guidance will be provided.

It's a must!! The only issue that I had was the guide wasn't loud enough especially when people are having side conversations. Also, you may want to stand on the sidewalk, where the bus picks you up, especially if you want a seat at the top. People were already lined up in a long line before the guide came inside to announce the tour.

This wasn't a planned activity for us as we were first time visitors to the city. We were in the Austin Visitor Center looking at things to do when they made the "last call" announcement for the tour. The spur-of-the-moment decision turned out to be an excellent one! Barrett, the guide, was personable & very informative about the history and landmarks of the city. Michelle, the driver, did a fantastic job of navigating the route. Due to limited time, we stayed on the bus but they also have a hop on/hop off option that will be our choice next time. This allows visitors to see key sites in the city without having to walk or transfer to alternative transportation. We discovered several things we would like to do on our next visit. It was misting rain during the tour and very windy but they provided blankets so we were quite comfortable. Thank you, Double...

We had a blast on this tour! It was our first time visiting Austin, and with only a couple of days in town, we wanted to pack in as much as possible. This 90-minute tour was the perfect way to explore downtown and get the lay of the land.

The top deck was a fantastic spot for taking in the awesome views—bonus points for the refreshing breeze on a nice day! Safety was clearly a priority, which we appreciated. Phil, our tour guide, kept things lively with his mix of Austin history and humor, while Captain Mike expertly piloted us through the streets.

Although the hop-on/hop-off option wasn’t available due to the time of year and staffing, I’d still highly recommend this tour for first-time visitors. It’s a great way to get your bearings and plan the rest of your...
