I went to park here yesterday. I had purchased a pre-paid pass (through ParkWhiz) and showed up just after my session was set to start. The kiosk wasn't accepting the QR code for the pass, so I clicked the HELP button on the kiosk. (To note: I think this COULD be ParkWhiz's fault, and I've already filed a complaint there, but read on to see where Littlefield is at fault I think). A support person joined via the kiosk and told me that I needed to go talk to the parking office about my pass that wasn't working. So I was like, okay I can go talk to them but I need to get through the gate/arm to go talk to the office I guess? She told me she can't let me through without paying, but I still need to go talk to the office in order to get through. At this point someone has pulled up behind me to enter the garage, and there's only one entrance lane in to the garage. I told the support that I can't get out because someone is behind me and it's kinda crazy that I'd have to get out and have the person behind me back up and me back out and then find a place to park to go talk to the parking office because their system is not working. Parking is hard in this location, so this is unrealistic and why I got the parking spot res in the garage to begin with! So I ended up paying again for a new spot in the garage at the kiosk. I have already submitted a ticket for a refund by ParkWhiz, but come on.
Littlefield Garage, how did this happen lol kinda crazy now I have to go all...
Read moreBEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! DO NOT USE!! Texas Premier Parking is not a legitimately ran company. Major flags and signs of unscrupulous business practices by the individual running it. Most importantly he does not carry Insurance, and when asked to provide it comes up with a detailed bs excuse (as evident by his responses to past reviews). Secondly, multiple employees were not paid their wages for work. If they were paid, payments were made in cash, by bank transfer or Venmo....without an actual pay stub (this is plain ridiculous). This is clearly an attempt of tax evasion. Business owners or anybody attempting to utilize Premier Parking services, ensure you ask and receive all proper documentation before entering into an agreement. As a b2b relationship, contracts and insurance are without question mandatory...so make sure they're provided and legitimate. This individual is extremely evasive, difficult to work with, not punctual and will have a facade of excuses for every situation if you raise any questions. I'd recommend saving yourself the trouble and utilize another credible valet company, as there are some really good...
Read moreThis is how Premier Parking describes themselves: "Unparalleled customer service, innovative and forward-thinking solutions and a technology focused approach..." I couldn't disagree more.
In this 8 story garage there are two elevators, one of which "cannot be fixed" according to them and another that is frequently out of service. I've personally been stuck in the "working" elevator twice since I've been regularly ponying up for monthly parking there. The second incident required a visit from the Austin Fire Department to set us free.
Premier - either provide "unparalleled customer service" like you claim, or be honest and say, "we run a large percentage of the available parking in downtown Austin and know companies will pay whatever we charge and take whatever minimal amount of service we provide because we can get away with it. Take it or leave it. We could not care less about customer service, We're here to generate revenue for our company. At least...
