The WORST service I’ve ever had! LONG STORY WARNING TATTOOS DON’T SEEM TO BE WELCOMED! It was My first time buying a tux and I was pretty excited to make my first purchase. From the second I walked in I could already tell I was being judged for my neck tattoo. I get it, it’s a neck tattoo but it’s not like I got it in prison. It was Done by a very fine artist and still after 5 years I’m in aw buy such quality work. So after I made my grand appearance one sales person just looked at me and continued to do what she was doing. No greating, no smile, nothing, I wondered around sort of lost not sure where I should start. Tried to walk up to another sales person “Guy” is what is name was. I’m sad I could not remember all of there names because they should all be ashamed. Anyway no Acknowledgment What so ever. I thought ok I guess he is really helping that guy out, and sadly I got even more excited to get that kind of experience. So I milled around again till one person hiding behind a shelf caught my eye by accident, she looked as if we were playing hide and seek and I finally spotted her, guess she lost. I walked up and asked for help. She exsplained that she was new and I told her I had no problem with that I was patient it’s my first time too ( mind you there is a limite to my “patient’ness”). I settled on a black tux that I thought was alright. She asked me to try it on and so I did. Than leaves me there, says someone else will be able to come around and help me. For 20 minutes I’m just wondering around the changing area with this baggy tux on in my socks, looking like a toddler playing in daddy’s clothes. While I’m watching 4 other men get fitted and helped and checked out, 3 of them came in after me. Than each sales person passed me off telling me someone would help me, had to be at least 5 times. Finally “guy” comes back, starts the alterations than passed me off again to the new bee, I though lort if i get passed off one more time I’m going to lose it. after the alterations were made she takes me to the front to ring me up. Than to make sure I was getting what I wanted I asked if this was a tux and not a suite. Her response was oh I dont know let me ask, rolling my eyes at this point, you’ve got to be kidding me. Than come to find out this hour wasted on a suit this whole time. Not a tux what I originally asked for a suit! So than they had to find “anything” that was on the rack in the back because they did not have my size and tried to ring me up than. Said it was Going to be 360 something that was going to be 500 off the original price. I said you know what I’m good, I’m just going to go. She was like I’m confused was it the price? I looked at her like she was an idiot! I said sure it’s the price, everything about it! not being able to try it on, not even know what style you just pulled from the back and are now trying to order for me, and get me to pay, I’m just going to go! I could not believe my first experience buying a luxury mans garment was that much of a let down. Wow Jos. A Banks way to drop the ball on pre judgment! Some people are just...
Read moreHands down the best retail shopping experience in a long time. Too many retailers these days hire staff that just ride the clock and cash the check. That's it, no customer service. Not this time! We were in town for a conference and popped into this location to shop for groomsmen attire. Danny listened, put together and made suggestions and nailed it 100%. He was awesome to work with and set up a group account for the groomsmen in the wedding party. When the groom had some ordering issues with his local Albuquerque store, Danny jumped right in, made calls, worked out the problem and overnighted the needed swatch to the other store. Online shopping will NEVER replace such great customer service that we received. Thank you Danny. Jos A. Banks is lucky to have you and we are so grateful for your input, patience and...
Read moreSales associate tried to con me into accepting store credit rather than a full refund on several jackets I am attempting to return. After insisting that I was within the return window, I was told that maybe if I called a customer service number, which he reluctantly gave me, they might be able to do a refund if I shipped the items back. Upon leaving the store, I looked up my order through the website and started the return process there. Processed with no issues and the last step was to ask me whether I wanted to return via FexEx or IN STORE. Don't appreciate being lied to nor being almost conned into accepting credit for nearly $1k worth of items that are eligible for full refund just because the clerk didn't feel like handling some returns that day. Cannot do further business with a company where this sort of...
