I might give this “business” a better rating if it actually provided the service for which it takes appointments. Labcorp has a very professional-looking app that presumably cost them money to acquire. The app is EXCELLENT at making appointments and confirming appointments and providing directions for you to get to the appointment. The app is great at giving you kudos for showing up and checking in.
The problem is that the app doesn’t provide a service; you need PEOPLE to do that. After telling me to “take a seat…we’ll message you when you’re next” I watched my phone for an hour with no message. For the record, I’ve left now (after losing my morning thanks to Labcorp) — and it’s more than 8 hours later. Still no message that they’re ready for me; no message saying “sorry - our lab tech called in sick and we need to reschedule”; no explanation at all. Maybe Labcorp should call their app developer and have them update the system to tell customers that they’re unable to honor their end of the bargain ?

Made the appointment through their website went to the place there was no one just a note saying they were in lunch, a lady came to the window was no making eye contact, speaking rude and said that the people who does the test it had an emergency and had to leave(lunch until 12:15pm) I asked what was the point for me to make an appointment and there's no one in the lab to actually does the work. She said that doesn't have to do anything with me. I said well, thats crazy and left. Never coming back to this location.
