Crumbl — Restaurant in Aventura

I wish I could give this place NO stars! I have had problems with this location in the past with my cookie not being warm or soft.. but this time topped the charts. I started off asking the young lady to please make sure my cookie was warm and of course it wasn't. I returned the cookie and asked if the cookie could be warmed or could I have another cookie that was jus baked. The guy helping me asked his manager( assuming this was the manager or shift leader on duty). The manager (Caucasian guy with blonde hair pulled back in a ponytail) then stuck his finger in the cookie I returned and then came back to with the cookie he had just stuck his finger in and told that their warmers are set at a certain temperature and If I want it hotter or softer I should take care of it myself at home. I then told him I did want a cookie he stuck his finger in! The manager then slammed the cookie in the trash in front of other customers which caused a bit of negative comments among the customers. This guy really needs to work on his customer service.. he didn't even greet me! CRUMBLE COOKIE I HOPE THIS NOT THE KIND OF BEHAVIOR YOU PROMOTE WITHIN YOUR COMPANY ESPECIALLY IN MANAGEMENT. Love the cookies especially this week's caramel coconut fudge. And great customer service! Update as of May 26, 2023 I ordered 2 chocolate milk cookies and just realized they never gave me the wafer straw. I just called the Aventura store and she said once they show you the cookies in the box their is nothing they can do after that. It completely slipped my mind. It's not like this is a everyday cookie, I had to wait longer than usual even though I pe-ordered so it completely slipped my mind. I understand we should say something but we're not the ones who make them, you all do and this was an essential part of this cookie and we'rehuman too. Came to this location on Saturday August 2 purchase 2 orders of mini 6 pack my 5 year old daughter took a bite and also had a string of hair coming out the cookie. When I called the store location it was already closed tried Sunday but was closed tried again Monday talk to a manager by the name "friendly " so she told me but she stated I would have to go in the trash can which in my condo trash ban to take a picture of the cookie and send it to their email. And that's something I will not do my daughter feeling very sick now and I will be reaching out to doctor also attorney.
