I purchased 6 different types of jewelry, I was very satisfied even though their prices are not cheap at all for jewelry that is not real gold and diamonds, but I still purchased them because I liked the look of them. After a few weeks, all my jewelry turned black, and I know not to put them in the shower or in a water source at all, I did not wash them, I took great care of them and still their color changed and they are really black, which looks very bad! I got to the store and they sent them to be cleaned, they did not even let me know when they were ready and it took them almost two weeks to get back from cleaning, they did not call to update me and I had to go to the store every few days to check if the jewelry back from cleaning, because they never answer their phone either. When they returned them to me I was not satisfied, and they caused me problem, It is impossible not to be able to make a refund or exchange for something different, because the jewelry’s are looks very bad even after cleaning , Their quality is very poor and this is from the experience of 6 different pieces of jewelry that I purchased and came back to the store before all turned black. My husband bought me $400 worth of their jewelry for our anniversary They sell it as a no fade metal and that it doesn’t turn black. I wore the jewelry 3-4 times occasionally and it turned dark as cheap metal. I went to the store and asked to explain me why it turns black , they said it needs cleaned. I left the jewelry for cleaning and when I went to pick it up they wouldn’t give it to me before I pay $10 (which I never was told about when I dropped the jewelry).
