Starbucks — Restaurant in Aventura

While I generally enjoy Starbucks and the convenience it offers at this Target, my experience today at this location was disappointing. After ordering 3 Frappuccinos, the cashier misheard my order and commented in a way that mocked my speech impediment, asking if I was wanting 'crappuccinos.' This was hurtful and unnecessary. People also can't always help if they have a speech impediment.

Additionally, I was informed that this location doesn't accept reusable Starbucks cups, which was surprising as I've used them at other locations before and they're even available for purchase on-site. While I understand policy changes may occur, clearer communication from staff and perhaps signage mentioning the reusable cup restriction would be helpful to avoid confusion.

Overall, the interaction with the cashier and the unexpected cup policy detracted from my usual Starbucks experience. I hope that such experiences can be avoided in the future for...

Brianna was so kind and patient while serving us coffee so late. We had several orders and each was different, and she was able to multitask while preparing everything. She also advised us to do our shopping first if we intended to buy something, we didn’t need to buy anything but I appreciated the warning. I know that our new safety regulations included Brianna having to help us with the sugar and creamer, but she was kind through multiple requests of things. One star only because I have to leave a star .... I had to have my latte fixed 3 times, because she did not read the label. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I'm still not sure if this is coconut milk... I guess my stomach will tell me later.... when I asked for the 3rd time if it was coconut milk .... The barista said.... Yelled at me "yes! I told you that 3 times....." well it was not the last 2 times... nor was it sweetened or have cinnamon like I ordered the 3rd time.......
