I came in and passed 5 employees none of them said a word to me one even gave me eye contact i smiled and got a blank stare back ok fine whatever so im looking through the very much unorganized jeans having a hsrd time finding the style i wantdd so i walked up to 2 employees who kept running in and out of the back and said excuse me and nether replied back. In stead started talking to each other and followed one another to thd back behind closed door. Ok fine do as i walked to s employees going through a cart of stuff to ask her for help, one of the security tags fell off a garment i had so i walked up and said excuse me she looked up at me didn't say anything so i told her the the tag fell off and handed it to her. She took it didnt say a word and rolled her eyes at me a d went back to the cart, so i didn't even ask for help instead i put the garment i had down and left. Also they have nats flying around everywhere in the jean section. In middle of February. None of other stores i went into had that problem. I got an email saying I’m eligible for upto 40% discount and when i turned up at the store and required help he was giggling away with his female colleagues. 6 customers waiting at the line to be checked out and only one cashier on the register. All others behind the counter what it seemed to be were discussing their party scene. When I asked about the discount I was disrespectfully told no we’re not offering any. I didn’t want to have a discussion on this anymore as I could clearly see that the manager Shane and his team were not interested in working.. everything’s put at the wrong place sweatshirts which clearly are $25 on discount were sold to me for $35 each. No accountability at all. Suggest Hollister in the new year starts afresh and gets a whole new team cause this one’s obviously not meeting customer expectations.
