Spencer's — Local services in Ballenger Creek

I was their today I am a loyalty member for years I want in and bought nose ring and I accidentally lost it. That part is my fault should have put it it a secure place instead of my coat pocket but I came home freaking out can't find it . I called the store and see if I can pick out a new one or get a refund . I have the receipt for proof of purchase and they said they won't co anything to help me . Theydidnt seem they wanted to help me or come to a solution to quick to say no...

This is definitely my favorite store in this mall. The staff members are always really kind and super helpful. The selection of items is really good but can be pretty overpriced (no hate to them). I always visit when I come by the mall and sometimes other costumers mistake me as a worker which makes me laugh. Love the vibe that comes from here and I hope you'll continue to be awesome and maybe even improve some...

Today I visited Spensers and Cierra was an associate working there. She gave me some great tips on where to buy some items that were previously purchased by a friend at a Spencers and no longer available! I thanked her for taking time and helping me in anyway she could! I wish there were more people willing to just “care” about people and not just for their employer but for the customer!...
