To be honest after making quite a long trek here our experience was less than average. The guy behind the counter couldn’t have been less than thrilled to see some new excited faces to the dispensary. For people new to this game who want to ask questions - he honestly was not helpful and seemed quite disinterested. I looked everything up online before coming only for the guy behind the counter to tell me to do the same thing when I asked him what he liked and what was good. BUT they get a 3 because the next time we went the gal was superb! Actually had recommendations and per her personal favorites and suggestions. Not to mention, she told us about the refer a friend and get 20% off which was nice! Just wish the initial guy would have said something before we paid $250 without any discounts he said they had none lol. Quality of flower seems pretty good, the super buff cherry was fire and Durban poison smelled great, our fave was the bandaid haze pre-rolls way discounted (check the menu in case haha) all really good and potent trying to figure out how to get the best flavor. All that to say… guess it depends on who your bud tender is but overall kind of a letdown after having traveled far and wide a little...

I’ve been to both the Great Barrington and Bangor locations. The hospitality is exceptional. You get carded in order to enter and it was the kindest “bouncer” I’ve ever met. They hold the door for you as you enter AND exit. Old school manners is refreshing.

They have a super comfortable area to sit and look over the menu. So many options (the local brewery Sea Dog has a Blue Paw THC elixir. It was a unique experience). Reasonable prices with a loyalty program. You currently can receive a generous discount off your first order by providing email, and signing up for text message notifications.

The ¿cashier/bud-tender? was very friendly. We chatted about our dogs a bit and they made sure I was aware of dosing for the tincture and vaporizer cartridge I purchased.

1st time in there today, and that place was jaw droppingly amazing store. Yes you can see that they're new with the limited products they have at least shown in store. But from how it looked very well thought out business(not just thrown together with a "good luck everybody attitude) loved the dedign, layout and how they were running things. The employees there, apologize not great with names. But they were wicked nice and helpful. Answered every question my wife and I had and we left there wicked happy.
