I have never had a more positive shopping experience than at Acadia Jewels with Jay and Roxanne. I first shopped with them only weeks after they opened last year and found some of the loveliest pieces at a fraction of the price you find at larger chain jewelry stores. On my trip this year I made sure to stop in again and was delighted to find they were able to expand to two shops, with a huge selection at the same affordable prices. Both Jay and Roxanne are so warm and personable, they made me feel like family. The shopping experience is unmatched as they go above and beyond to find you exactly what you are looking for. When I told Jay my ring preferences he took the time to pour over inventory to find pieces that might be more to my liking than what was on display, making sure I walked out with exactly what I wanted. If this level of customer service was not enough, they were able to take a ring design I saw in the store last year and had it custom made for me, again at an unbelievable price. While the gorgeous jewelry at Acadia Jewels is what draws you in, their customer service is the real gem here. We purchased a stunning bicolor tourmaline ring here in the fall of 2023 while vacationing in Acadia National Park, but one of the prongs became loose after we got home. Roxanne and Jay were extremely responsive in taking care of the problem and eventually we decided to add two additional prongs to secure the gemstone. They took care of everything with no additional cost to me. I am thrilled with my ring! I hope our travels take us back to Bar Harbor so I can add another special piece to my wardrobe....
