I’m beyond disappointed with Miner’s Gems. I purchased a ring that turned out to be defective—we have had to get it repaired twice for diamonds falling out. I reached out to their customer service multiple times through email and phone, and I’ve received zero response. No acknowledgment, no update, no resolution.

For a company that claims to sell “high-quality” jewelry and “stand by their products,” this is completely unacceptable. I expected at the very least some form of communication or willingness to help. Instead, I’ve been completely ignored.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. If something goes wrong with your purchase, good luck getting them to care. Spend your money somewhere that actually values...
