I visited the store while on vacation and had a great experience. Wonderful, unique, local arts and crafts that are well above the usual tourist fare. I found a piece of pottery I loved, but did not buy. A week later I called the store to see if that piece was still available. The staff listened to my description, verified it was still on the floor, and sent me precise photos to make certain it was what I wanted.
